Bondi Bakesale cakes provide the perfect ratio of cake-to-buttercream in every bite. We start with layers of delicate cake, made with premium ingredients for rich, full, honest flavour. Our buttercream is made the European way, starting with Swiss meringue and adding cultured butter and natural flavours. The result is luxuriously smooth and not too sweet. Our cakes’ festive composition, classic flavours, and all-round versatility make them perfect for every occasion.
Pricing
Each cake is unique but here are some prices to give you an idea of how much to spend. The number of servings from a cake depends on whether you’re cutting slices, like in a café, or fingers, like at a wedding. We can make round layer cakes for up to 70 people.
6 inch (16 cm) two layer cake for 6 to 10: $45 (Simply iced) $75 (Custom decorations)
8 inch (20 cm) two layer cake for 12 to 18 people: $65 (Simply iced) $90 (Custom decorations)
